The West Jersey Chamber Music Society presents Richard Alston, internationally renowned classical pianist and professor. Alston is a Julliard graduate who has captured audiences through appearances at Carnegie Hall, his solo recitals, as guest pianist with major orchestras, through live opera performance, radio and television broadcasts, as well as CD recordings. The program, Classically Black: Piano Compositions by Composers of African Descent , will feature Troubled Water  (transcription of the spiritual Wade in the Water) by Margaret Bonds, Adagio in f Minor by Chevalier de Saint George, Fantasie Negre  by Florence Price, and many others!
