The Monroe Township Green Fair features fun activities and exhibits that are designed to educate the community about healthy and sustainable living as well as how to become responsible environmental stewards. Check out exhibits on green and sustainable living products, recycled/upcycled creations, organic food, environmental and wildlife protection programs, and environmentally friendly products. Stop by the children’s activities wing and enjoy environmental craft making. Drop into the health and wellness area for free flu shots and wellness checks. Outside, visit the EnviroMobile, shredding truck, freecycling booth, locally grown farm table, and bike exchange. Come and learn all about oceans and their contribution to everyday products, amazing facts about horseshoe crabs, sharks, stingrays, jellyfish and more… then dig for seashells and fossil shark teeth to take home! You can also test ride an electric pedal assist bike with Sourland Electric Bikes from Hopewell NJ.
