Gather the family and head to Historic Smithville Village for a day full of family fun and activities for all ages! The Cape May Zoo will be presenting live animals and the Atlantic City Aquarium will be at the Village with a touch tank. There will be lots of fun things to do for the kids including a bubble station, sack races, music, dance, and yoga activities, face painting, games, train rides, and much more. Historic Smithville also has over 60 shoppes, 7 eateries, a carousel, and paddle boats. Admission to the Children’s Festival is free. Some Children’s Festival activities are free; others will have a small fee.

The Mother Nature Festival is a free, family friendly event that will feature a wildlife show by the Philadelphia Zoo, the Life of Sharks, Solarman, and exhibit on Monarch butterflies and milkweed, many hands–on activities for kids, music by Amy, and lots more!

This free community day showcases home grown native plants, herbs and berries, handmade items from New Jersey artists and craftspeople, wellness information, nature walks, and a variety of hands-on crafts and activities for families. The day includes free admission to all WheatonArts exhibits, studio demonstrations, and museum stores throughout the day. There will also be a Rain Barrel Workshop (cost -$25/person – limited to 10 participants. Register at 856-825-6800 ext.106).
