On Labor Day weekend, the Garden State Wine Growers’ Wine and Music Experience will turn Allentown’s Horse Park of New Jersey into a Dionysian festival of wine and song. Seventeen New Jersey wineries will participate in the event, offering over 200 different wines for tasting. 2. AirFest at NASW Aviation Museum

Visit the 20th Annual AirFest at the NAS Wildwood Aviation Museum for a once in a lifetime opportunity to view, explore and even take a flight in World War II aircraft such as a B-24 Liberator, P-51 Mustang, and a B-17 Flying Fortress . Celebrate the end the summer season at the 12th Annual Wildwood Block Party & Music Festival this weekend. This family-friendly festival will feature tons of fun things to do including games, crafts, rides, awesome food, and continuous free live music featuring The Sound of Philadelphia Show with MFSB, Brass Transit, The Blue Notes, The Infernos, Jimmy Lee of Blue Magic, Fat Larry Band, Purple Reign, Jeremiah Hunter, Just In Time, Bittersweet, and 45 RPM.

Frenchtown’s Riverfest is a celebration of life on the beautiful Delaware River. This family friendly festival features art, poetry, music, nature and environmental exhibits, historical presentations, and more. This year’s Riverfest theme is “Wings Over the River” and will include bird hatching, a “bird parade” and a screening of “Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill”. Other fun activities will include a paper boat regatta, a wildlife show, live music, environmental exhibits, local artists displaying and selling their works, environmental exhibits, poetry by the river, walking tours of Frenchtown, and more. There will also be in-store entertainment and great sales at local shops, the River Towns Photo Exploration Project presented by Brokaw Photography, and fantastic food served up by local restaurants and vendors.

5. Bacon, Bikes, and Brew Festival
