Conceived in 2009, the fair recreates the most festive elements of one of the most epic eras in history for NJ residents to enjoy, and this year they add a Machiavellian twist to it. This year’s Italian Renaissance theme brings you several stages of entertainment, including historic glass blowing, a human chess match, archery, live music and more.
