Pumpkin Picking in Burlington County (North)
Russo’s Orchard Lane Farm

Russo’s Orchard Lane Farm operates a farm market where they sell a fine selection of fruits, vegetables, jams, jellies, apple cider, fall decorations, and more. Pick your own pumpkins daily. Other things to do on the farm: pick-your-own apples, corn maze, children’s play area, weekend hay rides, and a weekend BBQ.
Pumpkin Picking in Hunterdon County
Califon Farm Market & Orchard
472 Route 513
Califon Farm Market & Orchard is part of the Melick’s Town Farm family of farm locations. Califon Farm Market also sells freshly picked, locally grown produce, fresh baked goods (including apple cider donuts), a selection of jams and jellies, fall decorations, and Melick’s own fresh, premium, unfiltered apple cider. Pick your own pumpkins daily. Other things to do on the farm: apple picking and horse-drawn wagon rides.

The farm stand at Phillips Farm sells farm-grown seasonal fruits, vegetables, plants, and farm-made jams and fruit spreads. Stop at the Phillips Farms Farm Stand when you arrive to get containers for picking and directions to the various picking fields. Pick-your-own is closed on Tuesdays. Schaefer Farms operates a retail farm stand which sells farm-fresh fruits and vegetables, milk, butter, cheese, eggs, local apple cider, jellies, jams, local honey, ice cream, and fall decorations including Indian corn, gourds, kale, corn stalks, straw, and colorful mums. The farm bakery sells fresh baked pies, breads and other goodies. Pumpkin picking is available on weekends and holidays through the last weekend of October. Other things to do on the farm: visit the farm animals, children’s inflatable amusements, a corn maze, and a corn cannon. Schaefer Farms also operates Schaefer’s Frightfest on evenings Friday through Sunday, a scary Halloween experience guaranteed to scare the “yell” out of you (minimum age – 8 years).

K & S Farms

East Windsor NJ
K & S Farms operates pumpkin picking hay rides on weekends through October. The farm also sells apple cider, caramel apples, seasonal fruits and vegetables, cornstalks, straw bales, and other fall decorations. K & S Farms operates a family-friendly corn maze; night-time pumpkin picking, a flashlight maze, and “safe zone” play area are available. For the older crowd, the farm offers Halloween attractions such as “Killer Kornfield”, a Zombie Hunt paintball hay ride, the “Unknown Barn”, and the “Dementia 3D” haunted house.

Terhune Orchards operates a farm store which sells freshly picked produce, apple cider, fresh local chicken and beef pot pies, New Jersey honey, homemade salsas, apple sauce, milk, fresh cheeses, other organic dairy products, and eggs from local farms. The bakery turns out delightful treats like fruit crisps and cobblers (their apple crisp is a local legend), pies, fruit breads, cookies, cakes, and even gingerbread houses. Pick your own pumpkins daily. Other things to do on the farm: visiting the barnyard animals, special Read and Pick programs for young children and their families, , taking a Discovery Walk along the Farm Trail, pedal tractors, wagon rides, pony rides, a corn maze, the Barn of Legends and Lore, and picking your own apples, gourds, and flowers.
Windsor Farm and Market

Windsor Farm and Market offers family-friendly pumpkin picking hayrides weekends through October. Hay rides are $4 per person. Seasonal fall decorations and mums are available on the farm. The farm also has a petting zoo and operates a haunted hayride at nighttime (no children under 5; children 5-12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult).

Battleview Orchards a farm market where customers can purchase farm fresh produce, farm-pressed apple cider from their own blend of apples, gourmet items, and gift baskets. The farm bakery turns out mouthwatering delights such as pies, apple cider doughnuts, muffins, breads, cookies, and cakes. A Pick Your Own membership card is required for pumpkin picking at this farm (cost is just $1). Pick your own pumpkins Tuesday through Sunday.
