The Battleship New Jersey will open her decks for fireworks over the Delaware River waterfront on June 30th and July 4th! Guests can come aboard for the unique view of the fireworks from the Battleship’s forecastle (forward deck). The ship will opens at 7pm. There will be music, food, and bar concessions each night.

Collingswood’s annual 4th of July Bike Parade will proceed from West Zane and Haddon Avenues going down Zane, Park and Browning and ending at Browning & Magill where participants will enter the park enjoy ice cream courtesy of American Legion Tatem Shields Post 17. Kids, families and cyclists are encouraged to decorate their bikes, wagons, strollers, and scooters patriotically. Helmets are required for all riders.

Declaration of Independence Reading in Haddonfield

The Declaration of Independence will be read at 9:30am in front of the Indian King Tavern. The Indian King will be open to the public following the July 4th parade. Members of the 2nd Pennsylvania Regiment of the Continental Line will be available to speak with visitors about the life of a Revolutionary War soldier.
