The North Arlington Fire Department’s Annual Santa Claus Parade and Annual Food Drive will be held on Saturday, November 28th. Beginning at 9:00am Santa and his friends will travel the streets of North Arlington! At approximately 12:00 noon Santa will be at Fire Headquarters (3 Legion Place). This year, in conjunction with the Queen of Peace Food Pantry, the North Arlington Fire Department will be collecting food (canned goods, dry goods & non-perishable items) for our fellow residents in need. Donations will be collected along the parade route.

The Moorestown Lions Club will host its 55th annual Holiday Parade on December 5th. The theme of this year’s parade is “Holiday Movies.” The parade begins at Central and Chester Avenues, travels north to Main Street, continues to Church Street, and concludes at Memorial Field. This family friendly holiday event features performances by string bands, bag pipers, the Moorestown High School Band, and the Liberty Band. There will also be marching units from various community groups and floats.

Now in its 50th year, this Cape May Christmas tradition features over three hours of family fun and entertainment, including mummers, bands, floats, and (of course) Santa! The parade begins at the West Cape May Volunteer Firehouse, marches south on Broadway, winds east on Perry, and finishes at Carpenter Lane in the City of Cape May.

Greater Wildwood Jaycees’ Christmas Parade

The Greater Wildwood Jaycees’ Christmas Parade will take place on Friday, December 11th. This family friendly holiday event features marching bands, floats, fire trucks and other decorated vehicles, and the arrival of Santa. The parade begins at 16th Avenue in North Wildwood and heads south along Central and Pacific Avenues through the Holly Beach Station Mall to Heather Avenue (Crest Pier) in Wildwood Crest. It then heads east towards Ocean Avenue and ends at the Wildwoods Convention Center where the Christmas tree lighting and awards ceremony will take place. Rain date: December 13.

The parade starts at West Commerce and West Avenue, continues on West Commerce to Laurel Street, then marches down North Laurel Street turning onto Washington Street, and continues to Mayor Aitken Drive ending at the Canoe House.

The parade begin on Kings Highway at Walter Hill School and will continue through the downtown area, ending at Church Street. Immediately following the parade, Santa and Mrs. Claus will be visiting with children in the Woolwich Fire House until 4pm. The day’s festivities will conclude at Borough Hall with the annual Swedesboro Christmas tree lighting ceremony and Christmas caroling at 6:30pm. Rain date December 5th.
